Helping people is a passion of mine. This passion has led me to provide legal services to people who are struggling and need a helping hand. This led to the creation of inFidem Law, which has become a calling. At inFidem Law, I have the privilege of following my passion and helping people who reach out to me.
I graduated with honors from the University of Houston with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering Technology. Later, I received my Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law in Houston. My success is fueled by my passion and determination to help everyone I can. My hard work has enabled me to become an attorney licensed in the State of Texas.
With more than ten years of experience in the energy industry, I have provided advice and counsel to small and medium businesses, focusing on contract drafting and negotiation for all types of IT agreements, software licenses, SaaS/Cloud agreements, and various vendors agreements. As a transactional attorney, I have assisted start-ups with initial formation, transactions, corporate matters, and compliance. I understand that small and medium business is the backbone of our nation's economy, which is why I am dedicated to providing services to companies that will set them up for success.
My goal is to get to know my clients and make lasting relationships. I strive to convey my dedication to understanding their needs and providing them with choices to feel empowered when making decisions through my actions and words.
I am an Attorney in Fulshear, Texas, and I help you with your legal issues. My practice areas include Bankruptcy, Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning, Business Law, and Contract Law. I am committed to serving my clients, and I will work hard.
